The process

It all begins with an idea, but it's much more.

1. Feasibility study

The robotization journey kicks off with a planning session.

As a robotization partner to the customer, we identify functional and technical requirements for the robotic solution. We then use our long experience within robotization to convert requirements into a robotic concept which can be built within a reasonable timeframe. We suggest a roadmap for building and testing the prototype.

2. Building the prototype

The next step in the robotization process is to build the prototype and make it work, first in the laboratory and then in the field.

Our strengths in control logic, application stack and robotics hardware are uniquely combined to integrate software modules and hardware to a robotic concept that solves the problem it was planned for. We do testing under real conditions together with the customer, demonstrating the proof of concept.

3. Deploying the robotic concept

After building and testing a successful prototype, the tailored robotic concept needs industrialization and thorough testing before embarking the market.

All customers are unique, and has their own approach to this important part of the robotization journey. nLink takes responsibility for software implementation and functional testing, and provides software-support.
